This web site does not use cookies or collect personal data. We may collect anonymous statistical data (type of browser used, geographical region, pages viewed) in order to improve the site design.
Data processing
We need to process third party data for a number of reasons including financial accounting, payroll/personnel recording and student funding. Data may be held both electronically and recorded on paper. All data is stored securely and is destroyed after a specified period of time once it is no longer required for the purpose it has been provided.
We will only ask you for the information we need, either to provide you with a service you have requested or for statutory or contractual requirements. Your data will only be available to be viewed and processed by authorised personnel.
Required Sharing of Data
Personal information may be passed to a third party for the purpose of registering and processing course certificates. All such sharing will be kept to a minimum and usually comprises only a delegates full name.
At no time will personal information be passed to organisations for marketing or sales purposes.

All staff have completed the "Understanding GDPR-Data Controllers in Education Settings" training course.

The main purpose of these principles is to protect the interests of the individuals whose personal data is being processed and they apply to everything we do with personal data, unless an exemption applies.

- The right to object to processing on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest, direct marketing, processing for purposes of scientific/historical research and statistics
- The right related to automated decision making including profiling solely by automated means and without human involvement

We take the security of your data seriously and take the following steps to ensure your data is safe.
